Interviewing Richard Stallman: Freedom in the time of SaaS
Richard Stallman is one of the most revolutionary thinkers and activists of the twentieth century. Thanks to him we have things like GNU and free software movement. Meedabyte had the opportunity to publish an interview with him about the threats to personal freedom deriving from using what is commonly identified as SaaS. All of us use SaaS every day but the contours of this phenomenon, which has so many obscure points for users, are rarely clear. Emerges a clear picture: on one hand users, citizens, taxpayers, on the other huge economic interests. In the middle, the need for individuals to mobilize and be the first lawyers of their own Freedom.

Note 1: For those special few people.

Note 2: 'Dil Chahta Hai' is very dear to me. Its organic quality has led my movie's interpretation to evolve as have I. I doubt anything else comes even close.
------------

Mujhe yakeen hai ki sirf isliye janma hoon ki tumse pyaar kar sakoon, aur tum sirf isliye ki ek din meri ban jao.
Tum meri ho, aur agar tum apne dil se poochogi to jaan logi ki mai sach keh raha hoon.

College was great. Sleepy days, crazy, sleepless nights. Nothing could stop us, and we could face everything. We were the world and we needed nothing else. It seemed complete. The balance had been achieved.

Mai kabhi soch bhi nahi sakta tha ki hum dono kahin aise baith ke baatein kar rahe honge.

We set out on our own individual paths, trying to make our own destiny, fighting our own fights, running our own races. Along the way, maybe we had left the things close to us far behind. Struggling, really. Without a clue about what hit us and when. Without realizing that time didn't run as slowly as it used to. And irreparably so, maybe. Maybe. Life happened?

It wasn't complete, and the balance wasn't perfect.

We all have, or eventually will, meet someone. And we will know we have met that someone when:

1) An 'I hate you' from her, to which you can reply with a smile, 'No you don't', comes second only to a 'I love you too' when you say 'I love you' to her.

Tum bhi naa, daraa diyaa naa bechaare ko.
I hate you.

Or, 2)
Wo use bataana chahta hai ki wo usse kitna pyaar karta hai.
Agar use wo ek din mil jaaye, to use hazaar maut aur kabool hai.

Or, 3)
I would've killed him.

2), 3), must not be taken literally, of course, on account of it being too extreme. Anyway.

Imbalance, incompleteness, imperfection leads to balance, completeness, perfection. Full circle, if you may, stronger, surer than before. Imperfections made us complete. The sum was always greater than the parts, double, even more. Some, perfect, parts, not so much.

The beginning will be the end, the dream still kicking and wildly alive:

Agar mai kahoon ki mai tumse pyaar karta hoon
tab bhi nahi?
Mai tumse aur sirf tumse pyaar karta hoon
Meri har saas,
Meri har dhadkan
Mere har pal mai tum ho
Aur sirf tum ho
Mujhe yakeen hai ki mai sirf is liye janma hoon
ki tumse pyaar kar sakoon
Aur tum is liye ki ek din meri ban jao
Agar tum apne dil se poochogi
To jaan logi
Ki mai sach keh raha hoon

产品近期上线更新、市场投放渠道变化、产品粘性、新老用户留存问题、核心目标的转化;

市场竞争对手近期行为、用户使用习惯的变化、招聘需求随时间的变化;

产品策略(移动端/PC端)、公司整体战略、公司客户群定位(比如只做医疗行业招聘);

互联网招聘行业趋势、整体经济形势、季节性变化;

建立趋势图表可以迅速了解市场, 用户或产品特征的基本表现,便于进行迅速迭代;还可以把指标根据不同维度进行切分,定位优化点,有助于决策的实时性;

通过漏斗分析可以从先到后的顺序还原某一用户的路径,分析每一个转化节点的转化数据;

行为轨迹是进行全量用户行为的还原。只看 PV、UV 这类数据,无法全面理解用户如何使用你的产品。了解用户的行为轨迹,有助于运营团队关注具体的用户体验,发现具体问题,根据用户使用习惯设计产品,投放内容;

留存是了解行为或行为组与回访之间的关联,留存老用户的成本要远远低于获取新用户,所以分析中的留存是非常重要的指标之一;

(六)A/B 测试

有足够的时间进行测试; 数据量和数据密度较高;

当一个商业目标与多种行为、画像等信息有关联性时,我们通常会使用数据挖掘的手段进行建模,预测该商业结果的产生;

End.

          Writing MarCom for Collaboration Technologies
As mentioned in the first two posts to Copywriting Tune-ups, collaboration technology is an area I find inherently compelling.

This week and last, I've immersed myself in the SaaS sector (Software as a Service) reading analyst reports, blogs, and company websites. The rest of the time, I spent getting up to speed with a suite of collaborative office applications provided by an up-and-coming player in the emerging productivity segment of SaaS. It's all sinking in and I'll be writing a good chunk of MarCom for them as 2006 gives way to 2007.

Given my rants about the need for plain English in B2B marketing materials, I thought I'd share a sample published last week. The American Society for Training & Development came across a white paper I wrote last spring on collaborative storyboarding for e-learning design. They asked if they could adapt it for their online eZine, Learning Circuits. I was jazzed, to say the least.

I think the white paper and article would be a good deal simpler and snappier if I had known back then about the Flesch Reading Ease metric and the ability of Word to call out passive sentences. Still, it does a good job of agitating for a new way of doing things, and of this, I'm proud.

I hope you'll read it. http://www.learningcircuits.org/2006/November/rosen.htm

In the last post, The Virtuous Circle of Plain English MarCom, I made the argument for Plain English MarCom as a way to achieve market advantage without your competitors realizing what hit them until it's too late.

If you're seriously considering plain English MarCom as a component of your strategy to win market share, let's talk.

To your marketing success,

5 Effective SaaS Marketing Strategies for Reaching Millennials

We're entering a new era: millennials, formerly a favorite target audience for many “hip” B2C marketers, are becoming relevant for B2B industries as well. The oldest members of this generation are now in their early thirties, entering management positions with buying power and becoming prime targets for SaaS providers.

2012 give me the huge opportunity to meet new people, have strong feelings and collect a lot of useful "lessons". The previous year, actually changed my life by letting me get all that moments which are now recalled memories. A big thank to all of this people who filled my days with happiness, laughs and great experiences. A big thank to all of this people who give me the chance to made a plenty of mistakes and finally learn from them. 2012, surely had its ups and downs but that moments are memories too. A good piece of memories that will never be forgotten. Apart from the fact that every time I had to face meaningless problems and every time I was crying and I was saying that this year is the worst, I must admit that this year was the best and I hope 2013 make me change my mind by saying that year 2013 was the best year of all ;-) Now, I want to say the biggest thank to all of you for your support and love you give to me and my blog. I love you all and I'll try to make this blog more interesting. Finally, I collected all the photos I picked in 2012 and put them all in this post. Have a nice day and smile every day because life's short and you'll regret every moment of the time that you didn't act the way you want

enjoy

          Metsähallitus rikkoo lakia, StoraEnso ostaa

Valmistetaan vanhoista puista lyhytaikaisia kertakäyttötuotteita. Pahennetaan ilmastonmuutosta, hävitetään luonnon monimuotoisuutta ja rikotaan luonnonsuojelulakia. Tällaista biotaloutta tarjoilevat meille tällä viikolla Metsähallitus ja StoraEnso.

Metsähallitus avohakkaa Suomussalmen Leipimäellä yli 170- vuotiasta vanhaa metsää, joka on useiden uhanalaisten lajien elinalue. Paikalliset luonnonsuojelujärjestöt ovat vaatineet Kainuun ELY- keskusta puuttumaan hakkuisiin, koska Metsähallitus hävittää luonnonsuojelulailla suojeltua liito-oravan elinympäristöä. Greenpeace on tänään tehnyt poliisille rikosilmoituksen hakkuista.

Parhaillaan hakkuun kohteena olevilta alueilta on eilen tehty uusia havaintoja liito-oravan esiintymisestä, ja tänään liito-oravan jätöksiä on löydetty jo avohakatulta alueelta kaadetun puun juurelta.

Οι εκτιμήσεις για το μέλλον της ταυτοποίησης των πληρωμών είναι σαφείς: Στο μέλλον οι πληρωμές θα γίνονται με τη χρήση βιομετρικών στοιχείων –με το δακτυλικό αποτύπωμα, την ίριδα του ματιού, το σχήμα του προσώπου. Πόσο κοντά όμως βρισκόμαστε σε αυτό το προδιαγραφόμενο μέλλον; Και πόσο ασφαλείς είναι όλες αυτές οι τεχνολογίες;

Πόσο ασφαλής είναι η μέθοδος;

Rengasmääräysten suhteen Eurooppa on kesärengaskauden aikaan verraten yhdenmukainen manner. Urasyvyyden minimivaatimus kesärenkaille on useimmissa maissa 1,6 mm kuten Suomessakin.

Database monitoring is hard, but VividCortex makes it easy. Modern apps run complex queries at large scales across distributed, diverse types of databases (e.g. document, relational, key-value). The “data tier” that these become is tremendously difficult to observe and measure as a whole. The result? Nobody knows exactly what’s happening across all those servers.

VividCortex lets you handle this complexity like a superhero. With VividCortex, you're able to inspect all databases and their workloads together from a bird's eye view, spotting problems and zooming down to individual queries and 1-second-resolution metrics in just two mouse clicks. With VividCortex, you gain a superset of system-monitoring tools that use only global metrics (such as status counters), offering deep, multi-dimensional slice-and-dice visibility into queries, I/O, and CPU, plus other key measurements of your system's work. VividCortex is smart, opinionated, and understands databases deeply, too: it knows about queries, EXPLAIN plans, SQL bugs, typical query performance, and more. It empowers you to find and solve problems that you can't even see with other types of monitoring systems, because they don’t measure what matters to the database.

Best of all, VividCortex isn’t just a DBA tool. Unlike traditional monitoring tools, VividCortex eliminates the walls between development and production -- anybody can benefit from VividCortex and be a superhero. With powerful tools like time-over-time comparison, developers gain immediate production visibility into databases with no need for access to the production servers. Our customers vouch for it: Problems are solved faster and they're solved before they ever reach production. As a bonus, DBAs no longer become the bottleneck for things like code reviews and troubleshooting in the database.

Make your entire team into database superheros: deploy VividCortex today. It only takes a moment, and you’re guaranteed to immediately learn something you didn’t already know about your databases and their workload.

Box Isn’t Disrupting Because of the Cloud
I recently realized this truth which seems both contradictory and obvious at the same time. Box and the other cloud vendors aren’t disrupting the industry because they are Cloud/Software-as-a-Service(SaaS) vendors, they are disrupting it because they put people ahead of the Enterprise. Think on it a minute. I talked about this in my AIIM keynote […]

          Barth Pinot Rosé Brut
Hyvää vappua rakkaat lukijamme! Hiukan on aikaa vierähtänyt edellisestä arvostelusta, mutta odotimme tätä työväen juhlaa saadaksemme esitellä teille luomu kuohuviinin nimeltään Barth Pinot Rosé Brut (puulaakin tuotenumero 938707). Hintaa on tasaraha 23 euroa ja tilavuus 0,75 litraa. Juhlimmeko nyt vappua, Tapparaa vai Valtteri Bottasta? Hällä väliä, juhlan aihetta lienee joka tapauksessa :)

I: Oranssinkeltainen. Erittäin runsaasti kupliva. Hiivainen tuoksu. Ensimaku hiukan hapan ja marjainen. Jälkimaku kuiva, neutraali. Polttelee kurkussa.
Jälkipeleissä oikein mukava, kevyt juotava. Tätä joisi enemmänkin.

Ä: Persikkaisen pirteä, poreilevan ponnekas. Juhlamieli kohoaa kuin poreet pullosta.
Veikeä tuttavuus, jota voisi siemaista toisenkin pullollisen, kera vappuherkkujen.

Arvosanat (asteikolla 4-10):
I: 9½.

          Post 'ENTRE COMPES Y HIELOS...'

San Francisco — What a week! Google Cloud Next ‘17 has come to the end, but really, it’s just the beginning. We welcomed 10,000+ attendees including customers, partners, developers, IT leaders, engineers, press, analysts, cloud enthusiasts (and skeptics). Together we engaged in 3 days of keynotes, 200+ sessions, and 4 invitation-only summits. Hard to believe this was our first show as all of Google Cloud with GCP, G Suite, Chrome, Maps and Education. Thank you to all who were here with us in San Francisco this week, and we hope to see you next year.

If you’re a fan of video highlights, we’ve got you covered. Check out our Day 1 keynote (in less than 4 minutes) and Day 2 keynote (in under 5!).

One of the common refrains from customers and partners throughout the conference was “Wow, you’ve been busy. I can’t believe how many announcements you’ve had at Next!” So we decided to count all the announcements from across Google Cloud and in fact we had 100 (!) announcements this week.

For the list lovers amongst you, we’ve compiled a handy-dandy run-down of our announcements from the past few days:

100-announcements-15

Google Cloud is excited to welcome two new acquisitions to the Google Cloud family this week, Kaggle and AppBridge.

1. Kaggle - Kaggle is one of the world's largest communities of data scientists and machine learning enthusiasts. Kaggle and Google Cloud will continue to support machine learning training and deployment services in addition to offering the community the ability to store and query large datasets.

2. AppBridge - Google Cloud acquired Vancouver-based AppBridge this week, which helps you migrate data from on-prem file servers into G Suite and Google Drive.

100-announcements-4

Google Cloud brings a suite of new security features to Google Cloud Platform and G Suite designed to help safeguard your company’s assets and prevent disruption to your business:

3. Identity-Aware Proxy (IAP) for Google Cloud Platform (Beta) - Identity-Aware Proxy lets you provide access to applications based on risk, rather than using a VPN. It provides secure application access from anywhere, restricts access by user, identity and group, deploys with integrated phishing resistant Security Key and is easier to setup than end-user VPN.

4. Data Loss Prevention (DLP) for Google Cloud Platform (Beta) - Data Loss Prevention API lets you scan data for 40+ sensitive data types, and is used as part of DLP in Gmail and Drive. You can find and redact sensitive data stored in GCP, invigorate old applications with new sensitive data sensing “smarts” and use predefined detectors as well as customize your own.

5. Key Management Service (KMS) for Google Cloud Platform (GA) - Key Management Service allows you to generate, use, rotate, and destroy symmetric encryption keys for use in the cloud.

6. Security Key Enforcement (SKE) for Google Cloud Platform (GA) - Security Key Enforcement allows you to require security keys be used as the 2-Step verification factor for enhanced anti-phishing security whenever a GCP application is accessed.

7. Vault for Google Drive (GA) - Google Vault is the eDiscovery and archiving solution for G Suite. Vault enables admins to easily manage their G Suite data lifecycle and search, preview and export the G Suite data in their domain. Vault for Drive enables full support for Google Drive content, including Team Drive files.

8. Google-designed security chip, Titan - Google uses Titan to establish hardware root of trust, allowing us to securely identify and authenticate legitimate access at the hardware level. Titan includes a hardware random number generator, performs cryptographic operations in the isolated memory, and has a dedicated secure processor (on-chip).

100-announcements-7

New GCP data analytics products and services help organizations solve business problems with data, rather than spending time and resources building, integrating and managing the underlying infrastructure:

9. BigQuery Data Transfer Service (Private Beta) - BigQuery Data Transfer Service makes it easy for users to quickly get value from all their Google-managed advertising datasets. With just a few clicks, marketing analysts can schedule data imports from Google Adwords, DoubleClick Campaign Manager, DoubleClick for Publishers and YouTube Content and Channel Owner reports.

10. Cloud Dataprep (Private Beta) - Cloud Dataprep is a new managed data service, built in collaboration with Trifacta, that makes it faster and easier for BigQuery end-users to visually explore and prepare data for analysis without the need for dedicated data engineer resources.

11. New Commercial Datasets - Businesses often look for datasets (public or commercial) outside their organizational boundaries. Commercial datasets offered include financial market data from Xignite, residential real-estate valuations (historical and projected) from HouseCanary, predictions for when a house will go on sale from Remine, historical weather data from AccuWeather, and news archives from Dow Jones, all immediately ready for use in BigQuery (with more to come as new partners join the program).

12. Python for Google Cloud Dataflow in GA - Cloud Dataflow is a fully managed data processing service supporting both batch and stream execution of pipelines. Until recently, these benefits have been available solely to Java developers. Now there’s a Python SDK for Cloud Dataflow in GA.

13. Stackdriver Monitoring for Cloud Dataflow (Beta) - We’ve integrated Cloud Dataflow with Stackdriver Monitoring so that you can access and analyze Cloud Dataflow job metrics and create alerts for specific Dataflow job conditions.

14. Google Cloud Datalab in GA - This interactive data science workflow tool makes it easy to do iterative model and data analysis in a Jupyter notebook-based environment using standard SQL, Python and shell commands.

15. Cloud Dataproc updates - Our fully managed service for running Apache Spark, Flink and Hadoop pipelines has new support for restarting failed jobs (including automatic restart as needed) in beta, the ability to create single-node clusters for lightweight sandbox development, in beta, GPU support, and the cloud labels feature, for more flexibility managing your Dataproc resources, is now GA.

100-announcements-9

          Ahsaas
I was quite busy for the time that I recently spent in India. The training in Bangalore was really time-intensive. It has been two weeks since I have come back. I feel kind of "settled down" in Chicago as I have unpacked most of my stuff and setup my room :) I am raring to go on a project, but (un)fortunately I am on beach. I am not talking about sea shores, not even lake Michigan, "beach" is just a euphemism here at ThoughtWorks for "bench". So, I have a lot of free time and as a result I am indulging in many things that I used to dislike such as Facebooking, going to bars etc. But hey... I also did something that I used to like and was missing when I was busy. Just finished my new Ghazal. Mulahiza farmaiye:

Woh khwaabon ke jahaan mere nahi they
Zameen-o-aasmaan mere nahi they

Woh meri anjuman meri nahi thi
Woh mere aashiyaan mere nahi they

Main unke saath chalta ja raha tha

Main unke paas jaane kaise pahooncha

Partitioning perils, and loading Really Big MySQL tables
We discovered an interesting problem in our environment. Our schema and partitioning rules were originally designed for the single-customer version of our product. When we went to a multi-customer hosted SaaS product, the simplest approach was to change our ID generator to bake the customer ID into the lower bytes of all our IDs, and use the high bytes for the sequence part of the ID. This works well, and allowed our code and schema to go to a multi-customer environment easily.

But one interesting point that we missed was we partitioned some of our biggest tables using simple hashes on ID. This gave a nice, even distribution of data in partitions before we did the "cooked" version of our IDs, but since MySQL uses a simple "mod(value, n_partitions)" as the hash function for hashed partitions, and we also used "mod(id, customer_multiplier)" to grab the "customer ID" out of a general ID (and customer_multiplier is greater than n_partitions), we ended up effectively partitioning these tables by customer ID.

This wouldn't be so bad except our customers vary drastically in size, so this is a poor partition choice (and is why we didn't choose to explicitly use customer ID as a partition rule, even though it was discussed).

Soooo....

We get to rebuild some huge tables in our archive, using a new partition rule that strips off the customer ID portion of the ID before doing the partition hash. I've been doing experiments, and we'll go with a copy, catchup, and replace strategy. The "copy" bit can be done with the db and apps live, and takes a couple of days to do. The catchup bit needs to happen with the apps offline, but is fairly fast. Once this is done, we can rename the copy table over the existing table, and we've effectively done the "alter table" operation.

As for building the copy table, I found I got the fastest loads when doing a Create Table as Select with the Select part ordered by the partition rule itself:

create table copytab (cols)
engine=innodb, partition using hash(id div cust_multiplier) partitions 1024
as select cols
from source_tab order by mod(id div cust_multiplier, 1024), id;

This "order by" groups all the rows by partition, which results in each partition being built completely before the next partition is built, and the secondary ordering by ID causes each partition B-tree to be inserted in sort order. As for MySQL configuration parameters, I temporarily set sort_buffer_size to 8GB and lowered the buffer pool size a bit.
The case for a new open-source relational database
I've been thinking about a new open-source relational database for a while, and here's my thoughts as to why the world needs one, even though PostgreSQL and MySQL would seem to have a lock, with SQLite doing well in small devices.

First, some strengths and weaknesses of each:

1. PostgreSQL is very good at query optimization, and has a large and powerful set of query answering facilities. Where it isn't so wonderful is its storage engine, where the old "versioned" storage manager, complete with its vacuum cleaner - which sucked in 1990 when I worked on it and is still a operational PITA - still resides. It "works", and is serviceable for many applications (particularly large archival apps, where deletes and updates are done rarely or never), but is a huge problem for always-up OLTP apps.

2. OTOH, MySQL has the opposite problem: its parser and executor are lame (gee, will they ever figure out how to cache constant subquery results? How about hashjoins? Type checking? Not defaulting to friggin case-insensitive Swedish as the default collation?), but its open storage architecture allows lots of interesting storage engines, and InnoDB's index-organized structure kicks butt if you know how to use it. We use MySQL/InnoDB for a very large, SaaS database ourselves with both heavy OLTP components and heavy archival search components. To get around its sucky top-level, I have to carefully police all significant queries, make extensive use of optimizer hints, and work with developers to make certain they aren't doing something problematic like using a subquery that is always treated as correlated, etc.

In a dream-world, I could figure out a way to hook up PostgreSQL's top level with the InnoDB storage engine. That would be a powerful relational engine.

That said, there are things neither engine, and no relational db engine in the open-source world that I'm aware of, do very well:

1. Better handling of in-memory tables and in-memory indexes. One thing I did that was very popular in DeviceSQL was an efficient in-memory hashed and ordered index on a persistent table. It is very popular with customers and was extremely fast.
2. Fast bootup, even after ungraceful shutdown. Given that Serious Databases increasingly exist on small, portable devices, fast bootup is needed. Fast bootup has all sorts of implications for transaction handling, so it has to be "designed in" from the beginning.
3. An open storage architecture is a must, both for base storage and for indexes (and the open-storage architecture should allow index-organized base storage as well).
4. "Vector" index query answering facilities. One of the biggest limitations on relational database execution engines today is the inability to use multiple indexes on the same table. A "vector index strategy" would allow large tables to be searched by multiple parameters without needing to "pick a winner" (and often there isn't any good choices to pick...)

          Mere Sasur
Hello mere pyare dosto, Mera name hai shalini, aur ye merai pahli Story hai aap sabhi ke liye, aaj mai aap sabhi ko meri life ki ek sachi ghatna batane jah rahi hu.. jo baat mai apne pati ya fir kisi saheli ko bata nahi sakti..mai 30 saal ki hun. mai ek middle class family se belong karti hu. meri shaadi 8 saal pahle huyi thi..
Humlog jamshedpur me rahte hai .. hamare ghar me 5 member hai mere sasur, pati aur 2 bachhe.. ye ghatna aaj se kuch saal pahle ki hai jab mera bada beta 1 saal ka tha aur mere pati ki night me duty chal rahi thi.. Shift time tha raat ko 8 baje se subhe 6 baje tak.. aur tab mai mera bachha aur sasurji akele ghar me rahte the… meri saas mere shaadi se 2 saal pahle hi gujar gayi thi..
ye ghatna tab ghati thi jab meri umar karib 24 saal thi,Please meri Hindi sex Story kisi ko naa batana. Aur mere sasurji ki 53 saal. chahe mere sasur 53 saal ke ho par wo lagte the 40-45 saal ke.. us waqt rajiv ki duty ke chalte humlog raat ko sex nahi kar pate the.. aur din me 1bhk flat par sasur rahte sex karna bada hi muskil tha.. phir bhi agar kabhi mouka milta to humlog jaldi jaldi me hi sex kar lete the.. mujhe jaldi sex karna achha nahi lagta hai… or ye baat mere pati bhi janta hai.. par hum log majboor the us waqt. Hindi sex Story
Per sex ek basic need hai har shaadi shuda zindagi ki .. or 24 saal umar ki koi ladki ko agar shaadi ke baad adha adhura sex karke sona pade to isse buri baat koi nahi hai.. aur is wajah se mujhe bhi raat ko neend nahi aati thi.. dosto aab mai aaj ki kahani pe aati hu.. ek raat mujhe pyas lagi to mai paani peene k liye kitchen me gayi.. aur jab paani pike mai apni bedroom me jaa rahi thi.. to mujhe kuch awaz sunai di bathroom ke andar se,..
Hamare bathroom ka darwaza purana tha jis wajha se bahar se taakne pe andar ka sabkuch saaf nazar ata tha.. to maine bhi waha se andar kya chal raha hai dekhne ke liye taakna suru kiya.. to maine dekha mere sasurji adh nange hokar apna lund ko hila rahe the..
Unka lund dekhkar mai bilkul chuok gayi.. wo karib 8.5 se 9 inch ka lamba tha.. wo apne lund ko zoor zoor se hilane laga aur apna maal diwar par chod diya.. to main bhi waha se nikal gayi aur bedroom me jaa ke so gayi.. sasur ji ka lamba lund dekh meri panty bhi bulkul gili si ho gayi thi.. fir mai kuch der tak wo hi sab socha aur so gayi.. Subha hote hi mai uth gayi apna kaam karna bhi suru kar diya.. lekin mujhe apni sasurji ki raat wali baat pura din yaad rahi..
Aur fir jab mere pati raat ko office ke liye nikal gaya.. to mai sasurji ko patane ka irada kar liya… mera beta us waqt mera hi doodh pita tha.. to mai raat ko jab sasurji tv dekh rahe the unke samne ja kar mere bete ko doodh pilane lag gayi .. mai us waqt night dress pahni thi .. to apna bra ko right side se utha kar boobs dress ki uper se nikala tha… Hindi sex Story
pahle sasurji us baat ko nazar andas kar gaye aur tv dekhne lage.. kuch der ke baad fir unhone mujhe dekha aur mu ko ghuma ke tv dekhne lage firse.. isse pahle mai unke samne kabhi bhi bachhe ko doodh nahi pilaya tha.. 10min tak mera bachha doodh pita raha aur sasurji chupke se mere boobs ko dekhne lage aur jab mai unke taraf dekhe lagi to wo apna mu ko ghumake TV ke taraf kar le rahe the.. ab mera bachha so gaya tha lekin maine apna chuchi andar nahi dala aur tv dekhne lagi..
mere sasur ji ko ye pata tha ki mera bachha so gaya hai.. par maine apna chuchi bra ke andar nahi daali tha.. aur wo us mouke ka faida uthane ke liye mere boob pe nazre gadake baithe rahe.. jaise ke wo tv nahi mujhe hi dekhne baithe the waha par.. to maine unse pucha ” papa ji aap ye baar baar meri aur kya dekh rahe ho aap..? kya kuch chahiye aapko..? ” to unhone kaha ” nahi kuch nahi mai to bas yu hi dekh raha tha.. !!”
To maine unhe kuch nahi kaha aur unke pas jakar sofe me baith gayi.. aur apni cine me unka haat rakh kar unse kaha mujhe malum hai aap meri chuchi dekh rahe the.. issme itna sarmane waali baat kya hai.. to fir sasur ji ne bhi apna haat mere chuchi pe sahlate huye kaha haa mujhe ye dekhne me bada accha lag raha tha.. issliye… dekh raha tha.. aur mai tumhara chuchi dabana bhi chata tha.. par himmat se kah nahi pa raha tha….
Mai hamesha tumhe chup chupke dekta tha aur maan hi maan chodta tha.. aur dhire dhire wo hume zamin par litake pahle blouse ke button kholne lage .. aur ab mere boobs bilkul nange the.. to unhone meri chuchiyon ko dabana suru kiya..maine unhe kaha ki bachhe ko bed room me sulake aye..? to unhone mana kardiya aur mujhe apne bahon me lekar har taraf chumne lage.. mai bilkul pagal ho chuki thi.. aur wo hame har jagah aam ki tarha chusne lage..
kuch der ke baad unhone mujhse kaha bahu tumhari sarir to bilkul naram hai.. maine aaj bahut dinke baad kisi ladki ko chusa hai.. tuhari saas jabse mere zindegi se gayi hai mai apne haat se hi apna maal gira raha tha.. aaj tumhe mai bahut chodne wala hun.. ye bolkar wo meri saree ke andar se chut ko chune lage… mai bhi bilkul madhosh hone lagi..
mujhe us waqt achhe bure ki koi samaj nahi thi.. mai bas chudai ki chahat me wo sab karti chali gayi.. dheere dheere wo mere bache hue kapde utaar diye .. aur meri jaango ko sehlane lage.. isse mai pagal ho uthi aur sasurji ko lip kiss karne lagi.. unhone apna jeebh meri mu ke andar dal diya aur kiss karne lage.. mai bhi unki jeebh ko mu me liye chusne lagi..
ab mai bilkul nangi thi … to maine bhi unke sare kapde utaar diye.. aur dono zamin pe lipatke ek dusre ko pyasi saap ki tarha kiss karte karte garam hawa nikalne lage.. unka sarir pura jawan ladke ke tarha hi lag raha tha.. fir unhone apna lund ko mere haat me diya aur chusne ke liye ishara kiya.. itna bada lund mai apni zindegi me nahi dekhi thi.. ooper se unka lund chauda bhi tha..
Is liye mai adha hi amu ke andar dal payi.. aur adha lund ko mu ke andar bahar karne lagi.. ab unhone mere baal ko pichhe se pakda aur jhatke de de ke meri mu me apna lund ko ghusane lage… kuch der ke baad pitaji meri boobs pakadke chusne lage aur ek haat se meri chut ko sahlane lage… meri chut bilkul bhig gayi thi.. to unhone mujhse kaha .. maza aa raha hai bahu..? mai apni nazre niche jhuka ke bin kuch bole unka lund haatse hailane lagi.. ab unhone meri chut ko ungli se chodna suru kar diya…
mai siskiya lene lagi aur wo 3 ungli se mujhe chodne laga.. fir unhone ek ungli meri gand me dal dalne ke baad chut ko chatna suru kiya.. meri chuchiyon se doodh nikalne laga chusne ke liye.. ab wo doodh ko chusne lage.. aur jab mere dono chuchi poore khali ho gaye tab wo meri tango ke bich aakar tange ooper kar diye.. aur apna lund meri chut ke samne la ke dhire dhire ghusane lage…
Ek hi jhatke me jab wo apna pura lund meri chut me ghusaya to mere mu se ahhh ki awaz nikal ayi.. itna mota lund ooper se itna lamba ki mai thik se saan bhi nahi le pa rahi thi.. par maza bahut aa raha tha.. dhire dhire unke jhatke aur tez ho rahe the .. mai mahsus kar pa rahi thi unka lund meri chut se ho kar pet ke andar dastak de raha tha…. mere chut me bhi ab dard hone laga.. aur ankho me dard ke liye anshu bhi nikal ayi.. par unhe usab ka koi fikrah nahi tha.. meri mu se chikh nikal gayi.. aahhhh aahhh uhhh.. kitna mota hai ye oo ma….
par sasurji ko jaise koi honsh hi nahi.. wo lagatar apna lund andar bahar kiye ja rahe the.. hum dono pasina se puri tarha bhig gaye the .. us raat unhone mujhe ek insan ki tarha nahi janwar ki tarha choda ..mai pahle hi apna pani chod chuki thi iss liye chodte waqt pich pich wali awaz nikal na suru ho gayi thi.. karibh adha ghante ki chudai ke baad sasurji ne apna maal mere chut ke andar hi daal diya .. aur mere ooper so gaye.. us raat 15 min ke baad unhone mujhe 2 baar choda .. aur fir hum dono so gaye..
Aise hi sex karte karte mujhe unse ek aur bachha huya.. fir hum dono ek saal aur sex kiye.. uske baad mere pati ki genaral shift chalu ho gaya aur hamara nata tooth gaya… mai aaj bhi us raat ke bare me aksar sochti hun.. kya maine kuch galat kar diya.. apni pyash ko mitane ke liye..??

          Garmi ke dophar
doston aaj main aapke liye ek badi hi hot sex story laya hu, ye kahani sat partishat sahi hai, aur sabse majedaar baat to ye hai ki ye meri pahli chudai ki kahani hai, kyon ki iske pahle main kabhi bhi kisi ko nahi choda tha, aapko to pata hai ki zindgi kaa sabse hasin pal hota hai pahli chudai, aaj main aapke apnaa exprience share kar raha hu, maine kai saare kahaniya padhi par mujhe banawti lagaa, par maine aaj socha hai kyon naa mai aapko apni sachchi kahani pesh karun.
mera naam kaushal hai, ye kahani aaj se paanch saal pahle ki hai, meri umar uss samay 18 saal tha, main thoda shay kism kaa ladkaa tha meri koi bhi aaj tak girl friend nahi bani thi, mere ghar ke saamne ek shadi huyi thi, manoj bhaiyaa ki, manoj bhaiyaa Dilli me rahte the, wo shadi ke liye aaye aur phir shadi ho jaane ke baad wo ek mahine ke baad hi wapas hi duty pe chale gaye, ghar me sirf bhabhi aur manoj bhaiyaa ki wife Rambha thi, shadi ke ek do din baad hi main unse milne gaya tha jab mujhe khud hi manoj bhaiyaa bhabhi se milaane le gaya the. Uske baad to halki halki muskan unke saamne baadi khidki se hi milaa karti thi. Manoj Bhaiyaa ke jaane ke baad bhabhi ki muksaan sirf saamne baali khidki se hi milaa karti thi.
Ek din ki baat hai unki saas apne bimar bhai se milne chali gai, ab ghar me sirf Rambha bhabhi hi thi, ek din main college se aaya hi tha uss samay karib 12 baj rahe the kaafi garmi thi, log apne apne ghron me band the, maine dekhaa bhabhi ji khidki se jhaank rahi thi, maine muskuraa kar ishare se puchha kyaa haal hai, wo bhi aa
jao bataati hu, to maine kaha thik hai main khana khaa kar aur kapde change kar ke aata hu, main ghar gaya aur karib ek ghante baad main khana pinaa khaa kar unke ghar gaya, mere ghar ke taraf se unkaa darwaja pichhe baalaa padta tha, maine do tin baar khatkhayaa wo aakar darwaja kholi, hawaa kaafi chal rahi ti, wo bhi garam garam bhabhi halki se ghunghat li thi, wo sirf apne aap ko garam hawa ke jonko se bachaane ke liye, unke kamre me jaakar baitha, palang par. bhabhi paani laakar di aur puchhi kyaa puch rahe the, to maine kaha main puch raha tha kyaa haal hai? to boli pati ke binaa kyaa haal rahega, wo bhi jiski nai nai shadi hui hai, wo umar me mere se do ton saal ki badi hogi, par sharir kaafi solid the unkaa badan kaafi gadraya hua tha, wo badi hi hot lag rahi thi, unke gulabi hoth aur badi badi chuchiyan gajab dhaa rahi thi.
meri najar unke blouse ke upar do khule huye hook ke taraf tha kyon ki waha se dono chuchiya ke bich kaa bhaag dikhai de raha tha, sach puchho doston mujhe to sihran ho rahi thi, lag raha tha main unke chooch ko dabaa du, meri jawani bhi fadfadaa rahi thi, bhabhi boli kyon ji ab batao kyaa bol rahe the, maine kaha kuchh nahi bhabhi ji younhi aapka haal chaal puch raha the to wo kahne lagi kaisa rahege ek shadi shuda ladki jiski shadi huye abhi ek mahine hi huye hai aur pati door dilli me hai. maine kaha haa bhabhi ye baat to hai, to maine kaha aap bhi kyon nahi chale gaye. to bhabhi boli, main abhi nahi jaa sakti, main ek saal baad jaungi tab tak wo apnaa arrangment sahi tarah se kar lenge. phir baat chit kaa silsilaa chalaa, uske baad bhabhi boli aapki koi girl friend hai ki nahi maine kaha nahi bhabhi abhi main sirf
padhai par dhyaan de raha hu, to bhabhi boli are apni jawani kyon kharab kar rahe ho, pataa lo kisi ladki ko thok do usko, kyaa bataun doston main to hairaan rah gaya unki baaton ko sunkar, maine kaha nahi ji, main aisa nahi kar sakta to wo boli kyon, aapkaa khada nahi hot, maine kaha bhabhi aap bahoot hi gandi gadni baa kar rahe
ho, main jaata hu, aur main kamre se nikalne lagaa, wo darwaje pe baith gai, main jaise hi nikalne lagaa, wo mere lauda ko choo di, unke chhute hi main piche ho gaya, par tab tak der ho chuki thi, unke chhune se mera land khada ho gaya. ab main apne land ko shant karne ki koshish karne lagaa, par hua nahi kyon ki bhabhi apnaa aanchal niche gira di thi aur unki dono chuchiyan aadha dikhai de raha tha, unki gore jism ko dekhkar main paagarl ho gaya, ab mera bhi man karne lagaa unko sparsh karne kaa, phir main jaane ko koshish karne lagaa, bhabhi phir se mere land ko chhui, iss baar maine bhi unko chuchi ko chhune ki koshish ki, par wo waha se bhaag gai aur kamre ke kone me chali gai, main bhi unke pichhe bhaaga aur pakadne lagaa,
ek baar unke chuchi ko chua aur maine bhaagne lagaa tabhi wo daudi aur phir wo mere land ko chhoo di, phir main unkoe pakadne ke liya daudaa, phir maine piche se dono chuchiyon ko dabaa diya, ohhhh pahlaa ehsaas tha dono haatho se chuchi dabaane kaa, phir bhaga yahi silsilaa chalte rahe achanak wo baith gai aur maine unke chuchi ko piche se baith kar dabaane lagaa, wo shant ho gai, unhe achha lagne lagaa, maine kaha bhabhi kyaa aap mujhe chodne dogi, wo boli haa theek hai par ye baat kisi ko pataa nahi chalni chahiye.
aur phir uth kar baahar chali gai, idhar udhar dekh kar aai, din ke karib 2 baj rahe the, garmi ke din me baahar koi nahi ha, wo aate huye darwaja band kar di aur mere se lipat gai, maine unke hoth ko chumne lagaa aur wo dhire dhire apni saadi khol di, wo peticot aur blouse me thi, gadraaya hua badan maine chootad ko pakad kar apne land ke paas le gaya, uske baad wo mujhe apne baahon me bhar li dhier dhire maine unke blouse ko khol diya, aur chuchiyan pine lagaa, wo aah aah aah uff kar rahi thi, chuchi ke nipple ko main ungli se masalne lagaa wo si si si si karne lagi, phir unhone khood hi peticot kaa naadaa khol diya, wo andar kuchh bhi nahi pahni thi, gajab kaa ehsaas tha, kaale kaale baal mote mote jaangho ke bich me wo phir palang pe le gai, main hadbadaaya hua tha, maine unke upar let kar apnaa pent khol diya wo mujhe
apni chuchiyan pilaane lagi, aur unkaa aankh laal ho gaya tha, wo baar baar apne hoth ko daaton se dabaa rahi thi, gajab lag rahi thi, yaar, phir maine unke naabhi me ungli ghusai to wo kahne lagi, isme kyon ghusa rahe ho raajaa main to sab kuchh saup di hu,
maine unke choot ko chir kar dekhaa andar se laal lag raha tha, mere se raha nahi gaya aur maine apnaa land nikaalaa, aur choot par lagaa kar maine unke upar let gaya, par choot ke andar mera land nahi jaa raha tha, baar baar fisal raha tha, bhabhi boli chodne bhi nahi aata hai, aur unhone apne par kho thoda upar ki aur mera land
pakad kar, apne choot par rakh di aur boli maaro dhakkaa, ohhh pahglaa ehsaas tha pahli chudai kaa, maine jor jor se andar baahar karne lagaa, wo andgaadi le rahi thi, moti moti jaange aur bade bade solid chooch mujhe madhosh kar diya tha, wo aah aah aah uff uff kar rahi th, wo apnaa mota gaand utha utha kar chudwaane lagi, karib aadhe ghante me hi main jhad gaya, par bhabhi abhi pyaasi hi rah gai thi, boli mujhe abhi kuchh nahi hua, maine kaha mujhe kyaa pataa, aap santusht kaise hoge, boli raat ko aanaa, aaj hamdono raat bhar chudai karenge,
usi din raat ko das baje unke ghar pahucha ghar me baahana banaa kar ki aaj raat ko main apne dost ke ghar me sounga kyon ki mujhe college ka project banana hai, phir kyaa tha doston wo rangin raat jab bhabhi khooob chudwai aur maine bhi khoob choda, din me to fail ho gaya tha par raat ko bhabhi ko baap baap bolbaa diya tha, uske baad main ek mahine tak roj choda, phir main baahar padhne aa gaya, unki badi beti meri beti hai, jahan tak mujhe lagta hai. uss samay mere se hi pregnent hui thi. aapko meri kahani kaisi lagi jaroor battayen.

Mera naam vikrant hai aur meri umar iss samay 22 years hai, meri shaadi ho chuki hai 23 saal ki umar mai, mai delhi kai kareeb faridabad ka rahne waala huin, mai antarwasna ka niymit visitor huin aur jo maza apni bhaasha mai sex enjoy karnai ka hai who english main a hai na aa sakta hai.

Mainai lagbhag saari duniya travel ki hai lekin ladkiyan sirf aur sirf hindustani ya pakistani pasand aati hain…baaki sab bakwaas.

Khair, yeh meri pahli kahani hai, wahe guru ki mehar rahi hai mujhpar ladkiyon kai naam par, bahot bahot kisse hue hain , kyonki mujhe shayad wo saare gun aate hain, jo ladkiyon kau pasand hote hain, baton mai, harkaton mai sabb…..

Mere beshumaar sex experiences mai, jo mujhe sabsai jyada sihraata hai, romanchit karat hai, wo mai aapsai share karat huin.

Baat lagbhag 8 saal purani hai, meri sister ki marriage thhee , aur shaadi faridabad kai nazdeek ek chhota sa area palwal hai wahan thhee. Ham sab aur meri sister ki kuch friends bhi hamare saath theee. Shaadi kai function chal rahe thhhe, meri sister ki ek saheli mamta thee jo by profession beutician thhee aur ek reputed saloon body care mai kaam karti thhee. Fortunately, uskai grand parents wahan rahte thhe jahan shaadi kai liye ham ruke thhhe.

Shaadi sai ek din pahle, mai unn sab kai saath thha aur behad thaka hua thha, mene apni wife sai kaha ki mai faridabad ja kar facial wagerah kara kar aata huin taaki kuch fresh feel kar sakuin, anise mai mamta bol padhi, bhaiya kyun paisa aur time waste karte hoo, mere sath dada ji kai ghar chalo, saara arrangement hai, mai kar deti huin. Aur mujhe sabne salah di aur mai bhi taiyar ho gaya. Raat kau lagbhag 9 baje mai sirf nikkar aur t-shirt mai wahan chala gaya, 2-3 dino sai lagataart aane jaane sai sab wahan mujhe jeente thhe, sab mai bas uska dada-dadi shamil hain. Unka first floor par ek chhota sa parlour thha jo kabhi faridabad aane sai pahle mamta chalati thhhee. Ham wahan gaye, aur ek badi naaiyon waali kursi par mai baith gaya aur. Mamta jisne ek bahut loose nighty pahnee thhee, mai bata duin mamta ek behad patli aur bilkul sapaat sharer waali ladki thhee, aur comparison mai meri wife like beauty queen, mai khud bhi ek aakrashak personality raktha thha, matlab mere man mai kuch nahi thhaa.

Khair dheere dheere meri face cleansing shuru hui, ab ye mere pahla anubhav thaa kisi ladki sai facial karane kaa, dheere dheere feminine jaadu meri saari indriyun par chhane laga meri dilchaspi mamta kai sapaat sharer mai bhi hone lagi aur nateeje kai taur par nikkar mai bina underwear kais so raha shaitaan aangraian lene laga. Mai regular sex karne waala ladka huin. Thoodi dair mai hi mera land bilkul seedha aur poore shabab par aa gaya aur meri situation ainsi thhee ki mai apna ubhaar chupa nahi paa raha thhaa. Aur maine mahsoos kiya ki mamta choro chori wahin nikkar kai tambu ko dekhti aur halki si muskurahat bhi dekhi maine uskai honto par, aur natijan, uskai haath bhatakne lage aur kai baar cream mere hontho mai ghusi, sorry bhaiya sorry bhaiya ka daur shuru hua, aur sath sath, kabhi mere kandho par, kabhi mere hathon par uski kamar aur boobs takrane lage.

Mere haal dheere dheere khraab hota ja raha thha aur mai khud par gussa thha ki kyon isss marghilli sssi ladki ki wajah sai mere land khada ho raha hai, koi control hi nahi hai.
Khair takreeban ek ghante baad yeh saari sundarya prakriya khatam hui, iss saare prakran kai dauraan sirf 12 feet door mamta kai dada daadi tv dekh rahe thhe aur beech beech mai mamta wahan jaa kar unsai baat karti rahti thhee.

Khair, aakhirkaar wo waqt aaya jab mai wahan sai chalne kai liye khada hua aur tabhi achanak, light chali gayee, jo ki badi usual si baat thhee palwal kai liye, chunki mai ek choote si anjaan jagah thha mai khada ho gaya, aur tabhi mamta shayad aage badna chahti thhee aur mujhsai takrayyee aur girne lagi aur maine ussai sanbhal liye aur pata najho kainsae aglai hi pal wo meri baahon mai thhee aur mere honth uskai hontho kau paaglon ki taran sai choom rahe thhhee, mai bilkul stunned thha par hwas poore tarike sai ham dono par haawi thee upar sai poora andhera. Achanak mera jainse dimag ghoo gaya jeb maine mamta ka haath apni nikkar kai upar tatolte hue mahsoos hua, bas whan sai command maine sambhali aur nikkar neeche kar kai ussai poora ka poora land diya, uskai facial ki wajah sai barf ki tarah thande hath mere aag ugalte land par jo maza jo aanand dila rahe thhe mai bata nahi sakta, sath apnai dono haathon sai maina uski nighty kandhon tak utha d, mera andaaza sahi thha wo bina bra aur panty kai thhee, mere abhyast haath seedhe uski poori tarah ssai geele ho chuki choot kai darwaaze par dastak dene lage. Par hamari sabsai badi problem aawaz na hone dena thha kyonki thodi doori par do bujurg bathe thhe.

Achanak jainse hindi filmo kai villain ki tarah light wapis aa gayee, aur maine paaya ki mere muh mai uska right boobs ghusa hua thha aur uskai haath mere land ki foreskin hata kar bade hi perfect tarike sai muth maar rahe thhee. Lekin shayad light ka koi effect pada nahi, bas won muh par ungli rakhte hue uthi, nighty theek ki aur doosrai kamre mai gayee, 2 minute baad wo wapis thhee, dada ji neeche sso rahe thhe aur daadi upar. Bas usnai darwaaza andar sai band kiya aur apni nightie ek jhatkai mai khud hi kandho kai upar sai utha kar door phaink di, i was stunned to see a perfect pair of boobs, jo kai mai uss jainsi patli ladki sai ummeed nahi karta thha, khair back to the story, maine usai apni bahon mai bhar liya aur ussai paaglon ki tarah choomna shuru kar diya, uskai muh sai baar baar i l u bhaiya..i luv u bhaiya nikal raha thha, maine kahna chhaha ki abhi bhaiya tau mat kah, par shayad usmai bhi time kharaab nahi kara aur wahi kaune mai pade deewan par ham late gaye aur paanch minute baad meri jeebh uski choot ki gahraaee naap rahee thee aur mera land uskai haathon sai hote hue hontho tak pahuncha hua thhee.

Aaah, aaah aaah ………mere muh sai nikla..

Shhhh..aawaz nahi nikalo bhaiya, dadi uth jaegi..mamta boli.

Okkk…maine kaha…aur phir sai dheere dheere apni jeebh uskai g spot kai aas paas ghumani shuru kar di…wo jainse paaglon ki tarah machal rahi thhee, iss sab mai mere land chhoot gaya ussai.

Aaaaaaaaah bhaiya…..please do something, kuch karoo ..jaldi…mai mar jaungi…baar baar dheere dheere mamta kahe jaa rahi thhee.

Maine phir sai apna land uska muh mai diya aur kisi randi ki tarah usnai jo chusai ki, mai hairaan thha, ab aawaazein mere muh sai nikalne lagi.

Aas..ooh..phir aah…..dimaag kharab thha aur anise mai maine apna poora load uskai muh mai chhodh diya…bahot ho chukka thhhe.

Kisi abhyast randi ki tarah usnai, tissue utha kar mere poora land saaf kiya..aur kaha

:bhaiya apka kaam tau ho gaya, ab mere kya hoga…usnai msumiyat sai poocha.

Maine kaha, bas isse choosti rah aur kamaal dekh apnai vicky bhaiya kaa.

Maine sath sath uskai boobs masalne shuru kiye aur dekhte hi dekhte, kuch hi palon mai mere shazaada phir taiyaar thhaa.

Is baar maine uskai, lambe lambe pair philaye aur apne land ki foreskin peeche ki aur ussai uskai ras aur merit hook sai bhari choot kai muhaane par rakha aur dheere sai dhakele.

Ek baar phir mere hairaani ki koi seema nahi rahi jab mere ek average 6.5 inch lamba aur lagbhag 2.5 inch choda land bade aaram sai andar ghus gaya. Aaj sochta huin tau lagta hai ek kunwaari choot chaud raha thha wo bhi bine protection kai. Khair mere land ka andar jaana thha ki wo to machli ki tarah tadapnai lagi. Maine missionery position mai stroke lagane shuru kiye thhe ki usna mujhai rokk diya.

Aur neeche sai khud kau hilanne lagi, lagbhag 5 minute baad usnai kas kai mujhe jakad liye aur uski aankhe band ho gayee aur saanse marathon duad jainsi ho gayee. She was at his orgasam.

Phir dheele pad gayee, tab maine apnai attack shuru kiye aur ssson wahe guru dii, apnai aaj tak ki chudai ka sabsai jyaada maza aaya.

Thodi dair baad mai apni charam seema par pahuncha aur maine poocha kahan nikaluin,

Bhaiya…..andar….itna andar ki muh sai bharah aaye…….

Ye mai aaya mamta darling……aur mere land ki maanspeshiyan jainsa footbaal sai nikalti hawa ki tarah phhooolne pickakne lagi.

Aur yeh mai gayaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
Wow……nikla mere muh sai, mujhe uss ghadi mamta kisi beauty queen sai kam nahi thee.

“mamta, maine aaj apni life ka sabsai behtareen sex kiya hai, thanks a tonne”. Maine kaha.
“thanks kainsa bhaiya, yeh tau meri barso ki tammanna thee, jo aaj puri hui, thanks tau mai kahti huin.

Bas hamnai ek baar phir sai apnai honth milaye, aur kapde pahanai lage.
Dosto, thodi dair baad mai wahan sai chala gaya, aur phir dobara mamta kai sath mujhe sex karne ka mauka nahi mila. Aaaj woe k ladki ki maa hai, kabhi kabhi milti hai.

Par wo raat ek ainsa ahsaas thha jisnai mujhe sikhaya ki unn palon mai koi bahri ya andruni sundarat matter nahi karti, ectasy mai, hwas mai jo sath ho wahi saathi.

Aaj mai 22 saal ka huin, sex ki bahot bhookh hai, koi ncr mai chahe tau likhe, comments tau sabke chayine par i am a straight man so accha lagega agar female kai comments mile.

Do recent revelations about US cyber intelligence activities jeopardize our nation’s market leadership in cloud computing? Will enterprises – domestic and foreign alike – now favor foreign vendors, or even avoid the public cloud altogether? A review of the political and technical realities points to trouble for US cloud providers, but only for the short term.
In recent weeks we’ve seen a tangible backlash against the NSA’s PRISM program and those tech companies who cooperate, especially those who “don’t put up a fight.” It is the natural, reflexive reaction to the sudden awareness of a potential intrusion on our privacy, and it includes new scrutiny by individuals and enterprises as to whether they should entrust their data to US cloud vendors, who have already felt some impact on their rates of sales and churn.
As related news reports and editorials come online, they provoke a lot of comments that reflect public sentiment. These comments have expressed concern about the lack of transparency in federal policies and jurisdiction, and even outrage at what many believe to be unconstitutional surveillance.
But in the past week, public comments on news sites have started to incorporate a more balanced look at the situation. There is acknowledgement that US intelligence agencies are doing their jobs when they gather data on potential threats to national security, just as other governments do; that the NSA does not steal IP for economic gain as many other state agencies do, and that despite our deficiencies, the US agencies operate under tighter oversight than foreign agencies. Especially as Congress moves to improve transparency, there is a grudging awareness that US-based clouds may offer the best privacy, relatively.
But is it good enough to be simply less bad? As long as privacy remains a concern, there will be resistance to adoption of any public clouds, and, as the market leaders, US vendors will suffer.
Fortunately, cryptographic technology will ultimately make this issue largely moot for most cloud infrastructure, platforms and applications. To date, cloud vendors have been slow to implement proper cryptographic protocols, since demand has grown so quickly without it. But with the recent focus on privacy, SaaS, PaaS and IaaS providers must get around to implementing what they should have implemented years ago.
Specifically, data in the cloud must be encrypted using keys that are controlled by the customers who own them. So whether you use SalesForce, Box, Google Apps or Workday, you should have the option of encrypting your data both in transit and storage, and although many cloud providers offer encryption today, they typically use one key for everyone, or at best they offer individual keys that are generated and controlled by the vendor.
The recent, notable exception is Amazon, whose CloudHSM service offers AWS customers access to Hardware Security Modules for key protection inside their cloud. It's time for others to follow Amazon's lead, so that customers can comply with their own regulations, data breaches will be far less catastrophic, and intelligence agencies will have to find new ways to snoop.
Until then, interim solutions from a new class of security startup — like CipherCloud, Vaultive, Vormetric, and Navajo (acquired by SalesForce) — enable you to encrypt your data before you send it to the cloud. Unfortunately, cloud providers cannot do much with encrypted data that they cannot decrypt - their applications cannot provide features such as sorting, fuzzy searches, and comparative metrics. CipherCloud and others have had to invent some kludgy workarounds (e.g. adding additional unencrypted index fields) with some but limited success. These solutions will be less compelling when clouds are properly secured.
For IaaS and PaaS vendors, the imperative to hand the keys to the customer is clear, but for SaaS providers, it's trickier, since their apps need to "borrow" the keys. For those customers who cannot tolerate even the smallest risk of exposure to those nation states with formidable cyber capabilities, tradeoffs will have to be made between security and features. There will also be tradeoffs in convenience, since mobile devices will need key management systems or VPNs. The most difficult application to secure would be one that requires sharing among individuals who do not typically have cryptographic keys, which is why Lavabit and Silent Circle just shuttered their secure email services (although I expect Phill Zimmerman will craft a workable solution in time).
Cloud computing still promises compelling benefits, and US vendors have competed well on features and services, benefitting from deep and rapid innovation. But it's time now for them to properly defend their data, and market share, by attending to security. We should expect these cryptographic capabilities to generally come to market in 2015; until then, the forecast for the sector remains Partly Cloudy.

Windows Azure – Write, Run or Use Software

Windows Azure is a platform that has you covered, whether you need to write software, run software that is already written, or Install and use “canned” software whether you or someone else wrote it. Like any platform, it’s a set of tools you can use where it makes sense to solve a problem.

You can click on the graphic below for a larger picture of these components, or download a poster with more details here.

The primary location for Windows Azure information is located at http://windowsazure.com. You can find everything there from the development kits for writing software to pricing, licensing and tutorials on all of that.

I have a few links here for learning to use Windows Azure – although it’s best if you focus not on the tools, but what you want to solve. I’ve got it broken down here into various sections, so you can quickly locate things you want to know. I’ll include resources here from Microsoft and elsewhere – I use these same resources in the Architectural Design Sessions (ADS) I do with my clients worldwide.

There is also a great video series on Cloud Fundamentals here, if you have some time to watch them. It's a great series that covers a lot of ground.

Write Software

Also called “Platform as a Service” (PaaS), Windows Azure has lots of components you can use together or separately that allow you to write software in .NET or various Open Source languages to work completely online, or in partnership with code you have on-premises or both – even if you’re using other cloud providers. Keep in mind that all of the features you see here can be used together, or independently. For instance, you might only use a Web Site, or use Storage, but you can use both together. You can access all of these components through standard REST API calls, or using our Software Development Kit’s API’s, which are a lot easier. In any case, you simply use Visual Studio, Eclipse, Cloud9 IDE, or even a text editor to write your code from a Mac, PC or Linux.

Items Components you can use:

linkAzure Web Sites: Windows Azure Web Sites allow you to quickly write an deploy websites, without setting a Virtual Machine, installing a web server or configuring complex settings. They work alone, with other Windows Azure Web Sites, or with other parts of Windows Azure. Read more about deciding to use Web Sites or Roles.

linkWeb and Worker Roles: Windows Azure Web Roles give you a full stateless computing instance with Internet Information Services (IIS) installed and configured. Windows Azure Worker Roles give you a full stateless computing instance without Information Services (IIS) installed, often used in a "Services" mode. Scale-out is achieved either manually or programmatically under your control.

linkStorage: Windows Azure Storage types include Blobs to store raw binary data, Tables to use key/value pair data (like NoSQL data structures), Queues that allow interaction between stateless roles, and a relational SQL Server database.

linkOther Services: Windows Azure has many other services such as a security mechanism, a Cache (memcacheD compliant), a Service Bus, a Traffic Manager and more. Once again, these features can be used with a Windows Azure project, or alone based on your needs.

linkWindows Azure Mobile Services: A simple framework service which enables you to quickly develop the back-end for mobile services. For the front-end, check out the iOS SDK, news about the Android SDK, and the Windows Phone SDK.

linkVarious Languages: Windows Azure supports the .NET stack of languages, as well as many Open-Source languages like Java, Python, PHP, Ruby, NodeJS, C++ and more.

Use Software

Also called “Software as a Service” (SaaS) this often means consumer or business-level software like Hotmail or Office 365. In other words, you simply log on, use the software, and log off – there’s nothing to install, and little to even configure. For the Information Technology professional, however, It’s not quite the same. We want software that provides services, but in a platform. That means we want things like Hadoop or other software we don’t want to have to install and configure.

Items Components you can use:

linkKits: Various software “kits” or packages are supported with just a few clicks, such as Umbraco, Wordpress, and others.

linkWindows Azure Media Services: Windows Azure Media Services is a suite of services that allows you to upload media for encoding, processing and even streaming – or even one or more of those functions. We can add DRM and even commercials to your media if you like. Windows Azure Media Services is used to stream large events all the way down to small training videos.

linkHigh Performance Computing and “Big Data”: Windows Azure allows you to scale to huge workloads using a few clicks to deploy Hadoop Clusters or the High Performance Computing (HPC) nodes, accepting HPC Jobs, Pig and Hive Jobs, and even interfacing with Microsoft Excel.

linkWindows Azure Marketplace: Windows Azure Marketplace offers data and programs you can quickly implement and use – some free, some for-fee.

Run Software

Also known as “Infrastructure as a Service” (IaaS), this offering allows you to build or simply choose a Virtual Machine to run server-based software.

Items Components you can use:

linkPersistent Virtual Machines: You can choose to install Windows Server, Windows Server with Active Directory, with SQL Server, or even SharePoint from a pre-configured gallery. You can configure your own server images with standard Hyper-V technology and load them yourselves – and even bring them back when you’re done. As a new offering, we also even allow you to select various distributions of Linux – a first for Microsoft.

linkWindows Azure Connect: You can connect your on-premises networks to Windows Azure Instances.

linkStorage: Windows Azure Storage can be used as a remote backup, a hybrid storage location and more using software or even hardware appliances.

Decision Matrix

toolWith all of these options, you can use Windows Azure to solve just about any computing problem. It’s often hard to know when to use something on-premises, in the cloud, and what kind of service to use.

I’ve used a decision matrix in the last couple of years to take a particular problem and choose the proper technology to solve it. It’s all about options – there is no “silver bullet”, whether that’s Windows Azure or any other set of functions. I take the problem, decide which particular component I want to own and control – and choose the column that has that box darkened. For instance, if I have to control the wiring for a solution (a requirement in some military and government installations), that means the “Networking” component needs to be dark, and so I select the “On Premises” column for that particular solution. If I just need the solution provided and I want no control at all, I can look as “Software as a Service” solutions.

          Maitokuidusta lankaa

Laskeutuvuus on ihan ihmeellisellä tasolla. Vyyhti on suorastaan veltto. Silloin lanka on haurasta, eikä kestä kovakouraista käsittelyä.
How to improve security analytics and operations

Security budgets are up in 2017, and in many cases, dollars are earmarked for enhancing security operations. According to recent ESG research, 81% of cybersecurity professionals agree that improving security analytics and operations is a high priority at their organizations.

So, what exactly needs improving? The research also provides visibility into where things are lacking. For example:

  • 72% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: My organization’s security analytics and operations are anchored by a few key individuals. Of course, these individuals are in high demand and could easily increase their compensation by 20% or so elsewhere. CISOs must do all they can to retain these key individuals with financial, educational, career building and lifestyle incentives.
  • 64% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: It is difficult to keep up with security analytics and operations due to the number of new IT initiatives in progress. In these instances, the security team is asked to “bolt on” security once new IT initiatives are ready for production. Alleviating this issue really depends upon security teams getting more involved in the business itself.
  • 63% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: Security analytics and operations processes are not as formal as they should be. In this case, key individuals take over security operations with their own methodologies and everyone else gets out of the way. Unfortunately, informal processes like these don’t scale or help new employees. CISOs must study formal cybersecurity frameworks, such as ISO and NIST; pick the most appropriate aspects; build their own documented frameworks; and follow them religiously.
  • 60% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: Security analytics and operations effectiveness is limited because it is based upon too many manual processes. In this case, CISOs must assess and document these processes, create formal runbooks and then use automation/orchestration technologies to improve operational efficiency. Addressing this reliance on manual processes has caused a flurry of activity in the technology market. Witness IBM’s acquisition of Resilient, FireEye’s grab of Invotas, Rapid7’s purchase of Komand, and Microsoft’s stealthy procurement of Hexadite.
  • 59% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: Security analytics and operations effectiveness is limited due to problems in the working relationship between cybersecurity and IT operations team. If you want to know why ServiceNow has been so successful with SaaS for incident response, look no further than this data point. Security and IT operations teams often have different goals, metrics and compensation plans, causing the two groups to clash on collaboration. CISOs and CIOs need to provide leadership here. It doesn’t hurt when the two teams are “singing from the same hymn book,” as well, so common tools or an integrated architecture (like ESG’s SOAPA) can also be beneficial.
  • 58% of survey respondents strongly agree or agree with the statement: Security analytics and operations effectiveness is limited because of employee skills gaps. Once again, the global cybersecurity skills shortage is in play. Other than hiring and training, CISOs must look for new types of intelligent security analytics technologies, automate/orchestrate security operations processes, or find managed service providers who can fill these gaps to bolster the productivity of the existing cybersecurity staff.

Security analytics and operations is complex work that requires more than just a crackerjack staff. Formal processes, process automation/orchestration, and strong collaboration across security and IT should be top priorities for all CISOs.

IDG Contributor Network: Trust and safety 101

The world is becoming more connected every day. With increased connectivity comes increased productivity and, unfortunately, increased risk.

SaaS companies ask that customers export their sensitive data to the cloud. Transportation providers like Uber require that customers get into a stranger’s car. Mobile social apps give today’s teenagers unprecedented connectivity – along with exposure to bullying and inappropriate content. Online marketplaces like Craigslist want their customers to send money to someone they have never met. And e-commerce providers want customers to share and save personal information including credit card numbers to enable faster (and more personalized) purchasing next time.

Ruusu on vasta aloittelemassa kukintaansa.
Samoin teen lupiineille.
Juhannusruusukin jo kukkii, Varmaan kaikki on jo ohi kun juhannus tulee.
Keltaiset liljat suojaverkon sisällä. Peuratkin saavat katsella vain, ei koskea.
Rhodokin on jo täydessä kukassa.
Sinnekin tulee kukkia aika lailla.

          The Other Side of Innovation
-->
The proverbial “billion dollar company” seems out of reach for many Israeli start-ups, but may just require a different way of thinking about innovation and scaling. I learn a lot of Israeli start-ups and venture investing by observing my American colleagues and of course by studying successful American start-ups, whether or not they are in the BVP portfolio. While many American start-up ideas, particularly in the SaaS and Internet domains, could never have been started and properly executed from Israel, occasionally I come across a company that should have been founded in Israel.
One such example is Ubiquiti Networks (UBNT), founded in 2005 in the apartment of a 26 year-old wireless engineer from Apple, Robert Pera. Ubiquiti has no Israeli connection, but it offers some fantastic lessons for the Israeli entrepreneurial community because of their domain and go-to-market strategy. Ubiquiti operates in fixed wireless broadband, arguably one of least sexy market segments today due to cut throat competition and struggling customers (but one familiar to many Israelis).
To start off, Ubiquiti didn’t aim to provide the best wireless product, but to create a wireless product that would allow wireless ISPs (WISPs) to better compete with wirelinecompetitors. Ubiquiti realized that its customers’ businesses were failing precisely because existing wireless gear and was too expensive (product cost including costs of service, customization, support, etc.). And so Ubiquiti set out to take over a billion-dollar market by solving this key issue of cost essentially throwing a lifeline to the vanishing WISP.
Ubiquiti’s disruption to the market came from the fact that it was to sell its wireless ‘kit’ for less than 1/10th the competition without a significant tradeoff in quality and performance. They were able to do this with a unique development and business development model that lowered their own cost structure, which they then passed on to the customer. This not only includes the cost of goods sold, but cost of manufacturing, marketing, selling and supporting that product.
Ubiquiti didn’t hire any salespeople and directed everyone to their website and where they could easily find local distributors around the globe. Ubiquiti didn’t have a support organization, and instead directed all customers to a detailed online forum which now has 334K posts from 142K members! It helps when your customers don’t really compete with one another and will gladly help, advise and recommend products to one other. And because the product was so cheap and the customers themselves installed and maintained it, there was no need to sell or charge for expensive warranties.
Eliminating most SG&A costs from their model was a radical approach for a telecom equipment company like Ubiquiti, but one that fit very well with their WISP customer base, where the cost of base station and CPE equipment determined whether they had a viable business model or not. The resulting hyper efficient sales model is far more innovative and sustainable than the typical technology advantage that a start-up introduces to the world. That’s not to say there is little technology in their products, because there is. They relied on software to innovate, preferring to ride the downward cost curve of hardware commoditization. Even Chinese vendors have a hard time innovating price reduction like this and several companies had to resort to theft to compete.
Since it’s founding, Ubiquiti has generated over $100M in profits and will soon pass $100M in quarterly revenues. For a communications equipment company to grow this quickly, while maintaining operating margins of 35% is remarkable.
Moreover, Ubiquiti never raised external money until it raised a $100M private round in 2010. Ubiquiti has since moved into adjacent markets, like enterprise WLAN, surveillance camera, microwave and routers with a similar approach of bargain prices and customer self reliance. So expect more disruption from these guys, and new competition for several Israeli wireless leaders.
To put this story in some perspective for the Israeli audience, in 2005, Israel-based Alvarion was a market leader in fixed broadband wireless and approached a billion dollar market cap.  A mere seven years later, it is Ubiquiti with the billion dollar market cap; and Alvarion is worth $25M, slightly less than its cash position. As for other wireless equipment players, Nokia Siemens Networks is falling apart, Motorola has been gutted, and you can buy both Proxim and Airspan in a package deal for $1M.

Ubiquiti proves that fantastic outcomes can emerge from any sector, and that technology is not the only source innovation. Ubiquiti might be a wireless equipment company, but its thoughtful strategy provides lessons for all technology companies:
1.     There is NO long term advantage in technology innovation that doesn’t result in a superior business model

2.     Embrace the weakness of your competition, by leveraging hardware commoditization and reducing if not eliminating the need for expensive post-sales operations and support

3.     Listening to your customers is more important than talking to them. Leverage the Internet for marketing, sales, support and customer feedback (product definition).
Although Ubiquiti was not a BVP portfolio company, it represents the kind of innovative, software centric telecom we are fond of. BVP has invested in four telecom companies over the past few years, each one attempting to best its competition with a software technology that supports a superior and more capital efficient business model, including Axis Network Technology (acquired by Ace Technology), Traffix Systems(acquired by F5 Networks), Intucell Systems and Vasona NetworksI look forward to finding and funding the Israeli Ubiquiti in the years to come.

Soap and Oil in Paid Acquisition Strategies
When your business depends on driving quality traffic to your website, embracing a paid acquisition strategy using SEM or display advertising can be both a luxury and a nuisance. It’s a luxury, because you can effectively manage your rate of growth via variable marketing dollars. With great precision, successful Internet companies know what kind of return to expect on every dollar spent and can comfortably raise their spending level month over month.

But as anyone familiar with Internet marketing will tell you, scaling a paid acquisition model is rarely as simple as doubling down on AdWords or opening up to affiliates. This is simply because your ability to effectively scale ad spending depends on maintaining an acceptable customer acquisition cost ratio (CAC ratio) relative to your best estimate of your customer lifetime value (CLTV). You may run a fantastic campaign on a certain combination of key words, or on a certain publisher’s website, only to find that you have quickly exhausted the cheap inventory or that you wound up acquiring customers at a prohibitive marginal cost. And if the economics aren’t consistently attractive, affiliates will never work with you in the first place.

It is often said that successful Internet models are about “lather, rinse and repeat,” and while there is a lot of truth in this most companies have to try and use a variety of soaps, before they can really follow these instructions. Such experimentation means that successful paid acquisition strategies will often be an expensive nuisance to the company before it can truly be a luxury. Not surprisingly, many companies find that mastering the science behind customer acquisition will be more challenging than the science behind the product they are trying to sell. However, when executed properly, the company will have created a well oiled marketing machine that will become a core competitive advantage.

The uninterrupted search and discovery for new sources of cost effective traffic most resemble the search and discovery efforts in oil and gas. It requires lots of drilling and patience, and there is a time lag between an initial investment and assessing your ROI. When a company does finally strike oil, not only is it unclear how much oil is available, buts it’s also unclear how much it will cost to extract each barrel of oil (marginal acquisition cost). And even then, the company’s economic interest in extracting the oil at a given cost depends largely on the prevailing price of oil (similar to your CLTV which can also rise and fall). Luckily, web companies don’t need to spend as much up front or to wait as long for a return, but I think the analogy is apt.

With many Israeli start-ups adopting paid acquisition growth strategies in recent years, I want to draw attention to several types of early stage companies I have encountered. The first type are companies which have demonstrated positive unit economics on very limited ad spending (<$10K/month), and which have concluded that they can easily double their revenues several times over by simply raising their marketing spend (which I am asked to fund). The second type of early stage company has already decided to halt their limited paid acquisition experiment after experiencing unattractive unit economics on limited ad spending over a short period of time.

The reality is that both types of companies would be mistaken to draw too many conclusions on such limited spending. The first type of company should keep testing the limits of their marginal CAC to discover how far they can really go until a ceiling is hit. And the second type of company should exercise more creativity and patience in running campaigns, not completely forgoing a paid acquisition strategy until more advanced revenues set in with a better sales strategy.

There is also third type of early stage company that I encounter which successfully generates traffic and customers using a variety of “free” methods, including SEO, PR, viral and social media. This type of company grows nicely month over month, and therefore can’t fathom the idea of paying for the traffic directly. They even look down on those who spend to buy each of their customers. While some companies' growth rates completely support a strong stance against paid acquisition, I strongly believe that companies should continually experiment with their traffic acquisition methods as the growth potential from paid acquisition may positively surprise even if it is a lot more expensive than “free.” Moreover, the competition may discover and then master this paid acquisition strategy putting the company at a real disadvantage when their free methods start running out of steam. I recently came across this quote from the founder of Wesabe, which was steamrolled by Mint: "Mint aggressively acquired users by paying for search engine marketing (reportedly spending over $1 for each user), while Wesabe spent almost nothing on marketing; yet in the end we grew at about 1/5th the rate they did."

These days, there are several promising Israeli start-ups hitting their groove with scalable paid acquisition models, including my own portfolio company Wix. Surprisingly, there have also been several Israeli exploration companies striking it rich with natural gas discoveries, but we won’t touch those! I don’t think oil companies and Internet start-ups have too much in common, except persistence, patience and rigorous economic analysis day after day. And just remember that companies must dirty their hands as if searching for oil, before they can enjoy the simplicity of lather, rinse and repeat.

Former Siemens & GE execs found Securadyne, acquire SecureNet as platform for growth
Carey Boethel and Ken Francis go into business; financial partner, Pamlico Capital, ready to fund additional acquisitions
03/01/2012
Martha Entwistle

DALLAS—Carey Boethel and Ken Francis, two well-known industry veterans, announced this morning that they’ve founded a new systems integration firm called Securadyne Systems, and acquired SecureNet,  a Dallas-based security integrator, as a platform for growth.

With backing from Pamlico Capital, the phase-one strategy for Securadyne is “to build a Southeast regional company over the next two years. Phase two would be to achieve a national footprint,” Francis told Security Systems News.

The duo plan to build a “unique solutions provider that leverages emerging IP and cloud-based technologies.”  Francis said systems integrators who focus on “strong advanced services will change the nature of the relationship between systems integrators and their enterprise customers.”

Securadyne “intends to be on forefront of this change, and the result will be stronger relationships with end users and a more profitable business,” he added.

Securadyne is actively looking for select acquisitions.

Boethel, president and CEO of Securadyne, was most recently head of Siemens’ Security Solutions Business Unit in the United States, and VP and Business Unit Head for Canada. Ken Francis, COO of Securadyne, has worked for ADT, AMAG, and GE Security, where he led the Integrated Systems Product Group.  Most recently, Francis was worldwide VP of Sales & Marketing for UTC’s Security Products Group.

Pamlico Capital is a $2 billion Charlotte, N.C.-based middle-market private equity group. Pamlico was an investor in Sonitrol, but exited when that company was sold to Stanley Works in 2008.

Stuart Christhilf, principal at Pamlico, called Sonitrol a “very successful investment for us.” He said Pamlico had spent the past 12 to 18 months “looking at a host of different companies across the space.” Pamlico does not currently have other security investments, but it is invested in several software, SaaS, hosted and managed services companies. Pamlico’s interest in those capabilities and ongoing interest in the security space “attracted us to the thesis that Carey and Ken have developed,” Christhilf said.

Christhilf characterized Pamlico as a long-term investor interested in helping Securadyne grow over the next several years. “We’re really excited to back Carey and Ken. We think they’re the best team out there to put our money behind in this space. And we think SecureNet is a great platform from which to execute their strategy and to expand from there.”

Brian Bergstrom, CEO of SecureNet, will continue to lead the SecureNet organization, which will retain its brand name. Bergstrom will join the Securadyne management team as GM of the company’s Texas and Oklahoma operations.

Francis said SecureNet had 2011 revenues of approximately $16 million and has about 79 employees. In addition to headquarters in Dallas, it has Texas branch offices in Austin and Houston and Oklahoma branch offices in Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Today’s deal is the result of an idea that Francis and Boethel came up with several years ago when the two were both working at Netversant. “We spent a great deal of time talking about this idea,” Francis said. “We had a business plan and we made presentations to bankers.” That was back around 2008, and it turned out the timing was not right, “so we both made career commitments, Carey to Siemens and me to GE Security … then last spring we got together and decided that in 2012 we’d like to do this.”

BUNUH DIRI DI MALAYSIA DI JANGKA MENINGKAT,PUNCANYA...

SHAH ALAM - Kadar bunuh diri di Malaysia dijangka meningkat jika pencegahan tidak dilakukan segera.

Suzana Ghazali

Suzana Ghazali

Babbel Closes $10 Million Series B Funding Round

Babbel, the online learning system for foreign languages, today announced the closing of a series B funding round. Leading the round is Reed Elsevier Ventures. Other investors include Nokia Growth Partners as well as existing investors, IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft via its VC Fonds Technologie Berlin, and Kizoo Technology Ventures. The investment will be used to accelerate international expansion and improve the adaptation to all relevant mobile and online platforms.

Present in more than 190 countries, the Berlin-based startup’s strongest footprint to date has so far been in the German market. Now it will aggressively enter other European countries, the Americas and emerging markets. Babbel will also extend its partnerships with different hardware manufacturers, platform providers and media across the world.

Babbel.com is operated by Lesson Nine GmbH, Berlin. The company had previously raised a total of $2.2M in equity and debt and has experienced rapid revenue growth of over 200% per year since 2011. Recently, Lesson Nine announced the [acquisition of San Francisco based competitor PlaySay] (http://press.babbel.com/en/releases/2013-03-21-education-startup-babbel.com-acquires-san-francisco-based-playsay.html). Unrelated to the new investment, the deal was made with operating cash flow.

The basis for the language learning system’s success is its consistent use of mobile and Internet technologies and the integration of modern, practical learning content that motivates and guides the learner in an entertaining way. Over 6500 tailor-made learning hours for thirteen languages are available to learners online, as an iPad app and as free vocabulary training apps for iPhone, Android and Windows 8. As of today, the apps have been downloaded over 8 million times.

“Babbel is a European digital media success story and I am delighted that we are joining the investor group at this exciting time”, says Tony Askew, General Partner at Reed Elsevier Ventures. “The startup has grown rapidly to over 15 million users and has built a large subscriber base which generates positive cash flow. Babbel’s excellent mobile and online products consistently rate as consumer favorites and Babbel is very well-positioned for explosive growth in the rapidly growing category of mobile and online language learning.”

“Nokia Growth Partners believes that in a converged digital world, every business must be mobile and this principle drives our investments,” adds Walter Masalin, principal at Nokia Growth Partners. “As mobile transforms the way people learn, Babbel’s flexible and efficient solution supporting multiple platforms means it is well positioned to capitalize on this trend.”

“Since our investment in 2008, Lesson Nine was already able to successfully occupy various markets with its innovative products, and has established itself worldwide as a serious player in the realm of mobile language learning”, says Marco Zeller, Managing Director of IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbh. „This funding round, including other international investors, honors the Berlin company’s extremely positive development, and creates a foundation for even more dynamic growth. We are proud to have been on board with this success story since the beginning, and also to provide more capital as part of this round.”

Michael Greve, CEO of Kizoo Technology Ventures says, “since we started working with Babbel five years ago, the product has made an exciting journey from a nice web tool to a modern and fun language learning experience with a huge user base eager to subscribe for the service. I believe the ideal platform for language learning is tablets and we can expect an even more accelerated growth of the beautiful mobile Babbel products in the future.”

“We are happy to have two new high-profile international investors on board. This financing round opens a great number of opportunities without limiting our strategic options. The renewed participation of existing investors IBB Beteiligungsgesellschaft and Kizoo also pleases me.           5 Things Startups Do That Hurt Their Ability To Scale

Quick and easy, here are the 5 things startups do to hurt their ability to grow, from the mind of SaaS Founder Jason M. Lemkin.

          A Whisper Girl!

I don’t have time to slow down…
Noting can kill my pace. I yield a 26hours day form a 24hour one. It’s a race against myself. No shackles, only a runway to help me sore. It’s the story of my life and yours too. Our goals may be different, but the only constant remains is the will to never stay stagnant.
It’s never been a better time to be me.. A Woman! Avenues, in-numerous and the aim to reach the sky. With such a rush in the air to have it all, when I see women call it quits and blame it on the period, I lose it. Am sorry but I don’t sympathies. Equip yourself with tools that make periods more comfortable,  you may slow down your pace if you will, but never quit stating #Those5days.
-        Dedicated to all the women who back out of  life just cause they have their periods.

The Period Talk:
At the St. Regis a bunch of women bloggers got together to witness the unveiling of the all new Whisper Ultra, the no. 1 sanitary napkin brand in the country. You can read all about my experience about the even here.

After exchanging period woes with the likes of Aditi Mittal and Kalki Koechlin,  Gynecologist Dr. Nandita Palshetkar and Rnd expert Chetan Kotyalkar. I truly gained a new sense empowerment as a woman and tools and tips on how to #OwnThose5Days.
At the end, all of us went back home with a pack of the new and improved Whisper Ultra that claimed to have:
-        Softer top sheet
-        Faster absorption
-        Better dryness
-        Better odor lock.

          Ilmanlaatu puhuttaa edelleen monia eurooppalaisia

Euroopan ympäristökeskus julkaisi viime kuussa uusimman Euroopan ilmanlaatua käsittelevän raporttinsa, joka osoittaa ilmanlaadun paranevan hitaasti, vaikka ilmansaasteet ovat edelleen suurin yksittäinen ympäristöterveysvaara Euroopassa. Istahdimme keskustelemaan EYK:n ilmanlaatuasiantuntija Alberto González Ortizin kanssa raportin sisältämistä havainnosta ja siitä, miten satelliittikuvantamisen kaltaiset teknologiat auttavat parantamaan ilmanlaatua koskevaa tutkimusta.

          Valion Mangojuustokakku

Mangojuustokakku esimerkiksi kevään juhliin! Resepti on peräisin Valion sivuilta.

Pohja

1  pak  (185 g) Wilhelmina-keksiä
50  g Valio voita

Täyte

2  tlk  (à 425 / 250 g) säilykemangoa
1  tl raastettua limetinkuorta
1/2  dl limettimehua
1  rkl vaniljasokeria
2  rasiaa  (à 200 g) Valio Viola® mango tuorejuustoa
liivatelehteä
valkuaista
2  dl sokeria
2  rkl Valio 3 hedelmän mehua tai vettä

Kiille

2  dl Valio 3 hedelmän mehua
1  dl hyytelösokeria

Koristeluun

kotimaisia vadelmia

  Valmistusohje

Murskaa keksit esim. muovipussissa tai monitoimikoneella. Sekoita joukkoon sulatettu voi. Vuoraa rengasvuoan pohja (Ø 24 cm) leivinpaperilla. Taputtele keksiseos sille.

Täyte: Valuta mangot hyvin. Soseuta mangot. Kakkuun tarvitaan 1 - 2 limettiä niiden koosta ja mehukkuudesta riippuen. Pese ne kuumalla vedellä ja harjalla. Raasta pintakuori ohuelti. Purista 1/2 dl mehua. Yhdistä mangososeeseen limetinkuori ja -mehu, vaniljasokeri ja tuorejuusto. Sekoita hyvin. Anna liivatelehtien pehmitä runsaassa, kylmässä vedessä 5 - 10 min. Vatkaa valkuaiset vaahdoksi sähkövatkaimella esim. teräskulhossa. Lisää sokeri pieninä erinä vaahtoon ja jatka vatkaamista, kunnes vaahto on kiiltävää ja kuohkeaa. Purista liivatelehdistä vesi. Liuota ne kiehuvaan mehuun tai veteen. Kaada liivateseos koko ajan sekoittaen mangoseokseen. Lisää lopuksi valkuais-sokerivaahto. Kaada täyte vuokaan. Peitä foliolla ja anna hyytyä mielellään yli yön.

Kiille: Kuumenna mehu kiehuvaksi.

Koristele halutessasi esim. vadelmilla.

VINKKI

Jos pakastat kakun, suojaa vuoka hyvin alumiinifoliolla. Sulata jääkaapissa. Tee kiille vasta tarjoamispäivänä.

GLUTEENITON MANGOJUUSTOKAKKU

Korvaa ohjeen keksipohja seuraavalla seoksella: 150 - 160 g gluteenittomia digestive-keksejä (esim. Glutano Landtaler tai Semper) murennettuina + 75 g Valio voita sulatettuna + 1/4 dl sokeria. Valmista muuten samaan tapaan kuin tavallinen kakku.
